Commonly not all items in stock, it takes 7-10 days for order processing at our factories.However,we would put some best selling items in stock now and then,so that orders can ship at the first time when customer place order.

Deliveries to Americian addresses can be expected to arrive within 20 work days from the time of shipment by China Post Airway(sometimes,it may take more than 25 days but no more than 30 days).

Deliveries to Australia and UK can be expected to arrive within 25 days from the time of shipment by China Post Airway, depending on your location.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection there may be some delays. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order at here   or check your local POST such as USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, SinoFloral accepts no responsibility for any damage caused due to postage handling (we do inner boxes), if order is delivered as per tracking number indicates but customer does not receive, this is out of SinoFloral's control, but surely we would help to check with the courier.
EMS commonly would swift to USPS courier for further delivery when parcel arrived at your city, they would deliver the parcel three times if you are not in. We would remind you of this condition after the first failure.


All items are free shipping, there is no more extra domestic shipping at your side, and for an order or 1-3 cartons, there is no import duty as far as we know until March 2017. So what you paid including all charges, you can just wait for the delivery at home or in your office.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
